How To Order
Place an order using our secure On-line Order Form
Step 1: When you find a product you want, click on “Add to Cart” button.
Step 2: Each time you add a product, you will be shown all the items in your cart. Once you have selected all your items, proceed to checkout by clicking “View Cart” then “Proceed to Checkout”.
Step 3: On the checkout page, upload image(s) for any customized products. Special instructions can be included, such as ‘For Western Hat Hi-Top’, or ‘Logo for pith helmet imprint’, etc.
Step 4: At the Party-favors.com checkout, you will be asked to complete the billing and shipping information. All information you provide on this page is on a secure server for your safety and privacy. At this point, you can safely enter your credit card information.
Step 5: Submit your order by clicking “Place Order”.
Step 6: A customer service representative will follow up via email within one business day to confirm your order details. An e-mail will then be sent with availability and timing.

Unless otherwise indicated, each case pack contains hats of assorted children or adult sizes. Hats are nested in a case pack – smaller ones are in the center of the case fanning out to the larger sizes on the outside of the stack. All of our hat offerings are made of costume quality materials suitable for use as party wear.
Art Requirements for Imprinted Items
For best quality, please submit all artwork via e-mail as vector files with all text converted to curves or outlines, and all colors specified as PANTONE PMS colors from the solid uncoated swatch palette. If vector artwork is unavailable, please submit rasterized artwork at a resolution of 300dpi at 100% print size. Lower resolution is acceptable, although it will have a negative impact on print quality. Higher resolution is not typically necessary.
All artwork is subject to review and may require additional production costs.
Please understand that artwork created in another program and saved as a vector file format does not guarantee usable art (i.e., a JPEG file saved from Adobe Illustrator does not make it a vector graphic).
Acceptable file formats for digital artwork:
.pdf (Portable Document Format), .ai (Adobe Illustrator), eps (Encapsulated Post Script), .jpg (Joint Photographic Experts Group), gif (Graphic Interchange Format),.psd (Photoshop Document), .tif (Tagged Image Format File – must have Byte Order as “PC”)
Proofing Email/Digital proofs:
Email proofs will be provided upon request at a cost of $10.00. Physical proofs (pre-production samples): $40 plus all applicable setup charges, unless otherwise noted. Setup charges are one-time charges on most products, and will not be charged twice if physical proof is approved without changes. Typesetting and design set-up charges include basic typeset, adding your logo to a product or typeset, and light touch-up to allow the logo to be produced at it’s best. Any art preparation that is required outside normal boundaries will be charged at $45.50 per hour, with a 1 hour minimum. Changes made after proof approval will result in additional fees. Repeat orders: All artwork will be kept on file for 2 years.
